No Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors). Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee. Parties & Visitors Parties or events are not permitted. Any gathering that disturbs neighbors may result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation. Visitors are welcome during the day, but only registered guests may remain after quiet hours. Pets Please clean up after pets promptly. Uncleaned pet waste or pet-related damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Wildlife Notice Florida is home to insects and wildlife. *Please note: Trash pickup is Sunday night/Monday morning. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained Monday and additionally between guest stays as needed. Due to previous hurricane activity, there are some visible stains on the bottom pool surface. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect water quality, safety, or cleanliness. Please do not adjust the automatic pool filler or remove it from the pool. Yard is professionally maintained on Tuesdays.
